I'm Khayyam Pervaiz, an ACCA-qualified finance leader with more than twelve years' experience in real estate, investment, facilities management and business services.
Most of my career has been spent building or repairing finance functions: taking over from external accountants, consolidating groups across several countries, getting businesses audit-ready and giving owners and investors numbers they trust. I work closely with founders, management teams and investors, and I'm comfortable doing the detailed work myself.
